Nettle is a powerhouse herb to sustain energy levels throughout the day, build fresh blood, and move damp stagnation.

Dandelion leaf and root contain inulin, a prebiotic fiber that supports good bacteria in the gut and extracts very nicely in vinegar. Dandelion is widely used as a gentle liver and gut tonic. I drink infusions of it daily!

Chickweed's abundant saponins assist with nutrient absorption and fat metabolism, a gentle lymph mover to shake off the dust of winter.

Horsetail is a mineral rich herb who supports skeletal health. Oregano + Thyme drive the blend to sweep the channels and eliminate excess waste.
