Formula No.20: Ultra Antiviral

All organic ingredients: Licorice root, Astragalus root, Eleuthero root, Ginger root, Tulsi leaf, Lemon Balm leaf, Chaga conk (CAFFEINE FREE)

Steeping Instructions: 1-2tsp tea | 8oz water | 210˚F | 15+ min (longer the stronger). Best to use spring or filtered water. Bring water to boil, pour over leaves, let steep, strain into drinking vessel. For iced tea, brew strong, let cool, strain over ice. For greater health benefit, steep at least twice. Drink 2-8 cups any daily for three weeks, take a week off, then repeat for a total of 3-4 months. (1 pound supplies about two months at x4 cups/day; 3 weeks/month.)
