Dancong oolongs are famous for their many varied aromas and flavors. The different characteristics of the plants themselves are amplified by skilled tea masters, who subtly tailor their tea processing techniques for each varietal + harvest, from picking → withering → tossing → more withering → heating → rolling → drying → roasting → WHEW, a whole lotta work goes into a cup of tea!
